Hypnosis / Hypnotherapy Certification Enrollment:

Classes fill up fast, apply early!  All applicants must be 21 years old, meet NYS requirements, complete a enrollment application, agree to abide by the NGH Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, demonstrate an aptitude for this level of training, and be approved of by Carol Denicker, Director NYHTC, Board Certified Master Instructor, NGH.

A deposit of $300 is required. A non-refundable $100 registration fee is included in the deposit.  After we receive your enrollment form and it is approved, we will email you a username and password to login to your account for payment via PayPal or any major credit card.  In addition, you can pay by cash or check.

Early Registration Discount: 

Enrollment applications with full tuition received 30 days prior to the start of class qualify for a $200 early payment discount.

HYPNOSIS ENROLLMENT FORM

  • The above-listed school and student enter into agreement in which the student will pay tuition and fees as indicated below as well as adhere to the school's rules and regulations as set forth in the school catalog. The school will instruct the student in the curriculum listed below in accordance with Education Law and Commissioner's Regulation.
  • HCTNP Tuition Liability:
  • School Hours of Operation: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (on days that classes are in session) Private Training Tuition for Both HCTPE and HCTNP: 10 Day (75 hour) Hypnotism Certification Training Professional Education (HCTPE) or 10 Day (75 hour) Hypnotism Certification Training Nonprofessional (HCTNP)

    Enrollment Fees for Private Training: (Flexible schedule, on weekdays only, when students cannot attend regularly scheduled training) $ 100 nonrefundable registration fee* $ 200 books and supplies $ 300 total deposit due upon signing the enrollment agreement $3,877 full tuition $4,177 total due

    New York Hypnosis Training Center does not offer job placement. There are no scholarships.

    Refund Policy: A student who cancels within 7 days of signing the enrollment agreement but before instruction begins receives all monies returned with the exception of the non-refundable registration fee. Thereafter, a student will be liable for: * The non-refundable registration fee * The cost of any textbooks or supplies accepted * Tuition liability as of the student’s last date of physical attendance. (Tuition liability is determined by the percentage of the program attended by the student.) * If private lessons are requested by the student (to make up any missed classes), the fee will be $65.00 per hour above the cost of the course.
  • I pledge to use my certification training for the betterment of others, as per their request, and/or for my own self-improvement. I pledge to conduct myself as a professional in strict accordance with all existing laws as well as the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. I agree to comply with the conditions of this enrollment agreement. I hereby verify that I have received copies of, and have read, the enrollment agreement, the disclosure statement as well as the school catalog.
