Hypnosis / Hypnotherapy Certification Enrollment – Request for Application:

Classes fill up fast, apply early!  All applicants must complete an enrollment application, agree to abide by the NGH Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, demonstrate an aptitude for this level of training, and be approved by Carol Denicker, Director NYHTC, NGH Board Certified Master Instructor.

Full tuition and a signed enrollment application are required to enroll. A non-refundable $100 registration fee is included in the tuition.  You can pay your tuition by credit card, cash or check, Zelle or Venmo or you can call 631-757-7647 to pay your tuition by phone.
